You get a feeling of another story without the expense. Master bath has a wonderful light well with a really open, pretty feeling without making you feel too exposed. Love that it opens to the outdoors as well and has a huge entranceway. Really nicely laid out. Closets just outside the bathroom are a good use of space and mo mildewed clothes. An open custom staircase, a "wet room" in the master bath and roof top deck are worth seeing. From an architect's point of view, it was fun working with a client who allowed us to be bold and innovative. I hope others enjoy it too!
