The homes have been announced for the 3rd Annual Austin Modern Home Tour on January 30, 2010.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available for a few homes on the Tour. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the remaining sponsorship packages.

Expected Attendance for the Modern Home Tour is 2000 individuals.

Marketing for the Modern Home Tour includes a radio partnership with Mix 94.7 and a television partnership with Time Warner Cable and News 8 Austin. Additionally, Launch787 will heavily promote the tour through our 13,000 member database, email blasts, Twitter, Facebook, postcards and more. Central Market will also be selling tickets and marketing the event through their two Austin locations.

Individual Property Sponsor: Your business may essentially take over one of the properties on the Tour! You can market your business in and around that property in virtually any way you wish (display signage, product, printed materials, etc.). Your property will be marketed as "1234 Oak Ln. Presented by 'Your Company Name'." Your logo will be included on all web marketing materials.

The 2010 Austin Modern Home Tour will take place on Saturday, January 30, 2010 from Noon - 6:00 pm.

The Tour will be followed by a cocktail reception and architect panel at Trulucks (400 Colorado St.; cash bar; bites will be provided). All ticket-holders are welcome to attend the reception.

The Tour will consist of 16 homes in the Austin area. The majority of the homes are in the central part of town.

Tickets are $10 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets are being sold through ModernHomeTourAustin.com and Central Market and will include admission to all 16 homes along with the cocktail reception after the Tour.
